Delivery

All orders received before 1pm will be shipped the same working day stock permitting. Orders after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Backorders: Orders placed on backorder may take longer to deliver. This is because the item needs to be restocked at our warehouse before it can be shipped to you. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your backordered item(s) when you place your order.


Can I track my order?

Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s placed?

Occasionally, it may be too late to cancel or edit an order if it has already been dispatched.


Can I change the delivery address on my order?

If your order has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any amendments to the delivery address.


What if I’m missing an item from my order?

If you have ordered more than one item, the other item(s) may be to follow as we will always dispatch any items we have in stock to ensure you receive your order.

I received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?

We may require the item(s) back for inspection or photographs of the item(s).


Will you put the parcel somewhere else if I leave a note?

Although not guaranteed, our courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a location specified by you.


Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone at the specified address can sign for the goods.


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.
