Returns Policy

An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that were ordered, as we are unable to accept returns after a period of 30 working days has elapsed. Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried on or worn.

If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of your goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn, we will exchange your item or send a refund to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 180 days unless otherwise stated. If a product needs to be returned and is not faulty then it must be returned within the 30 working days. If the faulty item has been tried on or worn it must be laundered before returning.

We are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at our warehouse.

We cannot accept the return of any items which have been correctly dispensed as per any prescription received.

Returns Number

Please note all returns require a returns number to be obtained from Daylong. Please call our Customer Care team to obtain a returns number on 0800 195 0160. this returns number must be quoted on the returned parcel.

How do I return items bought online?

You may return your purchase to us providing that it is in the same condition, is in the original packaging and has not been worn via a Post Office using the filled in returns slip on the right hand side of your invoice. Please be aware that you will need to pay the postal charge. Please return orders to: Daylong Returns Department 10 Cossall Industrial Estate Ilkeston Derbyshire DE7 5UG Please ask for a free Certificate of Posting as this will contain a unique number, which will help us trace any parcel which may go astray. Returns will be credited back to your credit/debit card on receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packing unless the goods are faulty.

Can I exchange items bought online?

Exchanges cannot be made for items purchased via our website. In this instance please place a new order online, returning the unwanted item for credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We are unable to confirm that the returned items have been received however, if you require confirmation please contact our customer service team on 0800 195 0160 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or e-mail [email protected]

How long will it take for you to refund me?

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for a refund to be completed

Can I return my order in person to your Warehouse?

Unfortunately it is not possible to return orders to our warehouse.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?

If you need to return items by post you will have to pay the postage costs.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are non-refundable
