Subject to the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations this information outlines the pharmaceutical services provided by Daylong:

Daylong is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor registered by the NHS to dispense appliances and medical devices. By nominating us as your Appliance Dispenser you have access to a range of services:

• Home Delivery – We provide a free delivery service to anyone in the UK. All orders are delivered under plain packaging, EXTERNAL products are currently supplied in cartons taped with supplier name in a number of cases – Medi, Jobst, Sigvaris, Donjoy, Thuasne, etc straight to the address of your choice.
• Advice and Self Care – Our staff are available for limited advice on compression devices and can put you in touch with the most appropriate sources of advice and support for your own condition including nurses, support groups and charities.

Out of Hours

When we are closed, health advice and information, including details of other local health services, is available around the clock from NHS Direct. You can use:

By using secured computerised record systems, we can help to ensure a fast and efficient service and we comply with the Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality.

Comments or Complaints about our service

We would like to hear comments or complaints about our services. Please feel free to call us on 0800 195 0160 and speak to the Customer Care Manager.

Alternatively, you can request to be sent a post paid envelope which you can use to send us a written complaint.

Please note we are not obliged to serve violent abusive customers.
