Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- cB - Ankle - the narrowest point above the ankle bone
- cC - Calf - the widest point around the calf
- cD - Lower Knee - the narrowest point just below the knee
- cG - Thigh - the top of the thigh where the stockings would roughly end

Delivery
