Step-by-Step Instructions:

Application:

  1. Gently widen the uppermost seal opening.
  2. Carefully slide the arm through the sleeve, ensuring the IV/PICC site is well-covered by the transparent section.
  3. Adjust the top and bottom seals (where applicable) so they lie flat and snug against the skin, forming a complete barrier before showering.

Removal:

  1. Thoroughly dry the sleeve's exterior and seals after use.
  2. Carefully release the seal by rolling the top (or bottom) seal edge outwards and upwards/downwards, lifting it from the skin.
  3. Gently withdraw the arm, taking care not to disturb the IV/PICC line or dressing.

1. Choosing a size (Arm Circumference)

Where to measure?

  • Measure the circumference of your bare arm at two points: one just below the elbow and one just above the elbow (or where the seals will sit).
  • Both measurements must fall within the required range.

Ensure both your below-elbow and above-elbow measurements fall within this range (27cm to 54cm) for a proper seal at both ends.

2. Choosing a length (Cover Length)

Where to measure?

  • Measure the length on your arm between the points below and above the elbow where the seals will sit.
  • Compare this measurement ('C') to the maximum lengths below to choose the correct cover size.
