Juzo® Ulcer System Below Knee Hosiery Kit has been developed to make it easier to treat patients with venous leg ulcers. Each set consists of a liner stocking, which can be worn around the clock, and an over-stocking to boost compression during the day. The Juzo® Ulcer Liner stocking helps to hold the dressing or bandage in place and comes with a spare stocking so it can be changed as required.
You can also buy extra liners that go with the ulcer system.
Note: Daylong recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the hosiery works correctly and feels comfortable.
Sizing Guide
Sizing is extremely important for your compression hosiery to work effectively. Ensure you measure the points on the diagram below comparing them to the charts below to find the right size for you.
Where to measure?
1. Choosing a Size
Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- cD - Knee - just below the knee about 5cm above point cC
- cC - Calf - widest point at the calf
- cB1 - Calf - bottom point of the calf
- cB - Ankle - around the top of the ankle
- cY - Foot - around the top of the foot and just below the ankle
- cA - Toes - around the base of the toes
2. Choosing a Length
Length measurement in cm for the following point:
- LA-D - Length - from the bottom of the heel to the bottom of the knee
