1. Choosing a Size
Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- cG - Upper arm - widest part of the upper arm
- cE - Elbow - around the elbow
- cC - Wrist - widest part of the wrist
2. Choosing a Length
Length measurement in cm for the following point:
- LCG - Length - from the wrist to the widest part of the upper arm
