Sizing is extremely important for your HidraWear garment to work effectively and to get maximum comfort. Ensure you measure the points on the diagram comparing them to the charts below to find the right size for you.
Where to measure?
1. Choosing a Size
Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- Upper Thigh - Around the top of the thigh, around 7cm below the buttocks.
- Hip - The widest point around the hips.
