- cC - Calf - widest point at the calf
- cB - Ankle - narrowest point above the ankle bone
2. Choosing a Length
Length measurement in cm for the following point:
- lD - Leg - from just below the back of the knee to the floor
- lZ - Foot - from the back of the heel to the longest toe
