Goods are normally dispatched the same day, to ensure that your delivery will arrive within 2-3 working days within the UK & Northern Ireland. Delivery times will be longer for the rest of the world.
We endeavour to have all goods shown for sale in stock to enable us to dispatch on the day of order, but stock levels may sometimes hinder this policy. If our current stock levels cause your delivery to be delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the delay & advise you of the approximate time it will take to fulfil your order. We will also email you with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal timings.
If you would like to order any items for guaranteed next day delivery, please use the “contact us” section of the website and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Your order will be confirmed by email. This confirmation will list the item purchased, delivery charge applicable and the approximate date of dispatch. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order and no binding contract will exist between the parties until we have taken payment and your goods have been dispatched to you.
If we do not accept your order for any reason, we will send you notification by email.
Pricing:
The price of the goods is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. VAT is included unless otherwise stated (please use the “contact us” section if you are ordering from a country which is not subject to UK VAT) Delivery charges are in addition to the price of the goods and are shown on the email confirmation of your order.
Goods supplied are subject to availability, we will contact you as soon as possible by email if any goods requested are temporarily unavailable for same day dispatch. A full refund will be given if your payment has already been processed and your card will only be debited when the goods are ready to dispatch.
Pricing is shown in British pounds sterling. If you would like to pay with an alternative currency, please indicate your preference & we will contact you to complete the transaction.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo debit & credit cards. You may send your card details via fax, email or via the internet using our secure server.
Backordered items will not be charged until they have been shipped.
Shipping & Handling costs
UK/British Isles & Northern Ireland – No carriage payable on orders over £10 via first class mail
If you require an alternative postal service, please indicate this on your order, via the ‘drop down’ menu.
Returns:
An item is only eligible for return if it is the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that were ordered, as we are unable to accept returns after a period of 20 working days has elapsed. Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried on or worn.
If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of your goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn, we will exchange your item or send a refund to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 28 days unless otherwise stated
If the faulty item has been tried on or worn it must be laundered before returning
We are unable to refund or replace until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
Privacy
We will not divulge any of your information to a third party unless you have given us your full permission except where ordering Mediven UK products which must be dispatched by Mediven UK and therefore by ordering Mediven UK products you accept that they will require your full name and address only to be able to adequately deliver your goods.
