How do I know my order has been completed?
You will be given a unique order number on the final screen and an e-mail will be sent to confirm your order.

How do I shop on the Daylong website?
When you have selected your item simply select the size you require & click on 'Add to Basket' you will then be asked to login or register. Complete your details and choose an appropriate delivery method from the options available. An order summary is then displayed. Please check all details thoroughly before you proceed. Enter your payment details and submit your order.

How do I use the search?
Using the search bar at the top of the page type keywords for what you looking for and press 'Search'. A list of all related items will then be displayed.

Can I take avantage of multiple offers?
Unfortunitely you can only use one offer at a time, so for example if there is an offer of 10% off an entire order and an offer of 10% off a certain product, you will only receive the offer off the whole order, if you wish to take avantage of multiple offers you would have to return to the shop and make multiple purchases.

How do I update my personal details?
you can change your personal details held on the Daylong website through the ‘my account’ section. Enter your username and password when prompted and you will be presented with a ‘change my details’ tab. You will be able to alter all details with the exception of your username and email address
