International Delivery

Here at Daylong we offer great products at great prices and we deliver to anywhere in the world

Charges


UK

1. Basic - Free for orders over £30, £1 up to £30 (Includes EIRE)
2. Signed for (recorded delivery) -  £3 (Includes EIRE)
3. Guaranteed Next Working Day (orders must be received by1pm, for sat deliveries please call) - £6.50
All charges do not include VAT

Europe:

£3.50 for up to 5 items.
Then 55p for each additional item.

Rest of World:

£8.00 for up to 5 items.
Then 80p for each additional item

At Daylong we make every effort to dispatch your goods same day, our official policy is to ship 95% of orders within 2-3 working days of receiving the order and all others within 3-5 working days. UK & Northern Ireland.

We endeavour to have all goods shown for sale in stock to enable us to dispatch on the day of order, but stock levels may sometimes hinder this policy. If our current stock levels cause your delivery to be delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the delay & advise you of the approximate time it will take to fulfil your order. We will also email you with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal timings.

If you would like to order any items for guaranteed next day delivery, please use the “contact us” section of the website and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Your order will be confirmed by email. This confirmation will list the item purchased, delivery charge applicable and the approximate date of dispatch. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order and no binding contract will exist between the parties until we have taken payment and your goods have been dispatched to you.

If we do not accept your order for any reason, we will send you notification by email.
